Our main objective is that you are satisfied with your order. However, since masks are a hygienic item they have a return and replacement policy:
- First, check that the package has arrived in perfect condition, with no breaks, stains or openings... If you detect any defect, do not accept the package and indicate on the delivery note the reason for doing so. Then contact us to resolve the issue at email@example.com.
- If you want to cancel the purchase, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel it. Once the shipping process has begun, no returns are allowed, as established by the exceptions set out in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU for this type of product.
- In case the product has arrived to you defective, returns are not admitted, but we do replace the article. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem accompanied by images to proceed with the processing of the incident.
No returns or replacements will be made without prior notification.
